Refund Policy

Crochet items and any other customizable items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products

For Tee Tuesday items, our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a refund, we require proof of purchase, the product must be in its original condition, must not be damaged or missing parts, cannot be a sale item.

If it has been past 30 days, the product is damaged, missing parts, is a sale item or no proof of purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
